7. Account Deletion

See You Calendar is operated by SEE YOU CALENDAR LLC. Users can delete their See You Calendar account and associated data in either of the following ways:

Option 1: Delete directly in the app

Users can request account deletion directly within the See You Calendar app by:

1. Opening the app
2. Navigating to Settings
3. Selecting Delete Account
4. Confirming the deletion request

Once confirmed, the account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If a user is unable to access the app, they may request deletion by emailing: [email protected]. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with the See You Calendar account.

What data is deleted

When an account deletion request is processed, we delete:

• User account profile
• Email address
• Events and meeting data
• Associated location data

Some data may be retained temporarily where required for legal, security, or operational purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.
